ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Shri. Muralidharan Pillath is the founder and principal consultant at Sathi Enterprises in Kochi, Kerala. His expertise lies in providing liaising services in the areas of real estate and industrial projects in the country. Having worked with The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) for 38 years with in various departments, he has an experience of handling a wide range of projects.
From working on the production process of Urea in 1976, further the production of Ammonia, Sulphuric Acid and NPK to working with in the Pollution control, Product handling and despatch during the later stages, Murali has surely gained immense knowledge of the ways that an industry grew and prospers. It was post his retirement that he began offering liaising services to various industries located in the metropolitan cities in the southern Indian state of Kerala.
As a liaison consultant, Murali has had a lot of success as a “Thought Leader.” He also has a thriving record of resolving some of the most complex issues in projects pertaining to commercial construction, real estate housing as well as industrial projects in Kerala.
Murali is known in the industry as someone who possesses a knack for knowing how to convey the “So what? Who cares?” aspect of complex and sometimes abstruse ideas and issues. One of his biggest strengths is his strong relationships that he has fostered and nurtured with the community, the different stakeholders, unions, public offices, as well as other firms and organisations that are of immense help if and when a need arises.

HOW DO WE WORK?
Once we are approached by a business or any organisation, we do our in-depth research on them, their clients and their requests from us. We carefully scrutinise the requirements of our clients and then put forth our suggestions accordingly.
We operate round the clock to gather as much information and data about the project and the legalities that surround it. At the same time, we also constantly undertake any follow-up activity with the related officials, departments, authorities and government bodies that are involved in the project.
Our team also keeps an eye on any matter that may catch the clutches of the legal hurdle. If any such situation occurs, we also work relentlessly towards finding solutions for the issue, while also obtaining sanctions for the same. The most important work we do as liaison consultants, is to keep a check on the budgeting and time scheduling of the project, which is of utmost priority to us. We do not compromise in giving our very best services to our clients.
The entire process can be described as:
Stage 1: Act as an intermediary between the client and other bodies involved in the project to close all gaps (if any).
Step 2: Reach a successful contractual agreement, while being the point of contact for any related queries.
Step 3: Begin the process of streamlining all the operational procedures of the project, resolve issues, improve any communication shortcomings and ensure that the relationship between all parties is as beneficial as possible.
Step 4: Monitor, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the project keeping in mind the strategic objectives of the same
Step 5: Prepare insights on key resolutions and best practices to undertake in the project while developing a greater understanding of any additional processes
